Skills for Life

We make every effort to offer Scouting to everyone and at 61st Cardiff we try to be fully exclusive to all regardless of gender, religion, ability or skills. Scouting is for everyone.

Welcome to 61st Cardiff

We meet at Park End Presbyterian Church of Wales and many of our leaders are also members of the Church. Although we meet at the Church, we do all we can to give young people the opportunity to learn about all faiths as much as we can, enabling them to make their own choices.

This really sums up scouting, young people have choices, we want to give them the choice to learn through Scouting, making sure we have the resources, equipment and skills to help then grow.

HM King Charles III has been confirmed as our new Patron, a great honour for UK Scouts.

The King continues a long tradition of the monarch giving their Patronage, dating back to 1912. This was when Scouts was granted its Royal Charter and HM George V became our first Patron.
